Mr. Harish Garware is the Founder, Chairman, and Managing Director of Gartech Equipments Private Limited, with over 45 years of leadership experience in poultry automation and farm mechanization. He founded Gartech in 2001 with a clear vision to transform India’s poultry farming from manual operations into modern, technology-driven enterprises.

Under his leadership, Gartech has emerged as India’s leading poultry equipment manufacturer and exporter, with over 4200 installations across 41+ countries. A pioneer in poultry mechanization, he has played a defining role in introducing advanced feeding, climate control, and housing systems that have significantly improved farm productivity, bird welfare, and operational efficiency. He has introduced many industries first concepts and introduced innovative products and system. He has couple of patents to his credit.

Mr. Garware is widely recognized as an industry thought leader and has served as President of the Indian Poultry Equipment Manufacturers’ Association (IPEMA). He has been one of the key founders in establishing Poultry India Exhibition which is today one of the largest visited poultry exhibitions in the world. He also transformed the concept of technical seminar into a most interesting , well attended popular event known as “Knowledge Day”. His contributions to the poultry sector have earned him national recognition, including being featured in industry “Legend Series” publications.

Mr. Devendra Garware brings over 18 years of hands-on experience at Gartech and leads the company's technology advancement, manufacturing excellence, and global business expansion. He plays a key role in translating Gartech's long-term vision into scalable, field-tested automation solutions.

Actively involved in representing Gartech at major international platforms such as Poultry India, he has been instrumental in developing high-precision cage systems, intelligent environmental control solutions, and data-driven farm automation technologies.

With a strong focus on customization and farmer-centric design, Mr. Garware ensures that Gartech's solutions deliver consistent performance across diverse climatic and operating conditions worldwide.

Automation must adapt to the farm—not the other way around. Our goal is to make technology practical, reliable, and accessible.

Mr. Vijay Savalekar

A founding member of Gartech's Board, Mr. Vijay Savalekar Sharadchandra has over 25 years of association with the company. He has played a crucial role in building Gartech's engineering backbone, manufacturing processes, and industrial infrastructure, enabling long-term scalability and consistent quality delivery.

His deep technical insight and strategic guidance have supported Gartech's evolution into a globally trusted poultry automation manufacturer.
